I called to get a quote on a utility sink and kitchen sink insert. Employee told me he would email it to me. After 20 minutes, I called back and was assured he would soon email it to me. I never received it. I stopped by the store today at 12:30 to talk to someone and the receptionist told me that she didn’t have anyone available to talk to me and wasn’t sure if anyone could before the store closes at 1 pm but she would add me to the list in case anyone was available. I left. This is what I get for trying to go local. I guess I’ll go to Lowe’s.
Awesome service bought a part for a Gerber toilet and it fit perfectly every time i go to this establishment they have what i need if they dont have it they have all ways gotten it for me thanks to RF Fager Company
Extremely rude, no customer service skills. Employees should realize without custumers they would not have a job.
