Print Center needs work, I wanted to print 2 pages out of my email on glossy paper which the self serve printers can't do, so the lady with the curly hair said it would be an hour if they did it and charge it as a rush order for 2 pages, I've been doing printing Myself and seriously an hour, this isn't rocket science it's so easy to do, I get they are busy due to the holidays but I would never do that to a customer, hell I could've done it in 2 minutes but apparently that's too much work for her. I only gave them another star because the other lady was nice at first. Curly hair lady needs some classes in customer service because you can tell she just didn't want to print 2 pages that's why she said an hour and the extra charge. I've worked in office max/depot and this is not how I treated customers.
I never write reviews but I'm so upset by how I was treated when trying to use the printing services. I look \younger\ so I was immediately talked down to. I was carrying in a card that I wanted to reference ONLY for size and was quickly accused of trying to get copyrighted images printed. She made such a big deal of it and it was quite embarrassing, I had another customer tell me they felt bad. I understand it's the holidays and its busy, staff can get overwhelmed easily but when a random customer is actually listening to me and giving me better customer service than the \Print and Marketing Supervisor\ thats a little frustrating.
This place is complete garbage, customer service aweful and unreliable. So yourself a favor and go elsewhere
