Store was clean and kept up nicely. I made a online order, when arrived to pick up I would say I waited about 20 minutes with their only being 1 other customer in the store so the timing wasn’t the greatest but the service was still pretty good. I decided to try my clothes on at home so I was more comfortable. I ordered two pairs of just plain black skinny jeans in a 24 and one pair of ripped black skinny jeans, the very bottoms of the regular black jeans could have definitely been taken in more there a little to big for my taste but all in all wasn’t a bad experience

I bought a pair of jeans and a pair of jeggings from Torrid 3 days ago. I was super happy I could try them on in store. But, 2 hours after wearing the jeggings they were super stretched out and falling down. Not sure I would pay full price for these again, maybe wait for the sales.

I think that torrid has some cute items for plus size women but there are way too pricey for what they sell.
