Kind, compassionate, patient staff. Kind, compassionate, patient, thorough and knowledgeable doctors. I came into the practice with my son feeling nervous and worried. I left feeling much calmer, well-informed, and comforted. Every single one of my questions was answered with patience and thoroughly. This practice is more than competent and able to treat medical issues and to treat them well, but they also care about the people they treat and their families. I'd give them more than a 5 star rating if I could. I have no doubts that my son is in good hands with Dr. Clements!

Completely incompetent. It's been 6 weeks since I was first seen and I still have yet to get the prescription that I need. After two weeks waiting for lab results, I had to call them and was told the labs were messed up and I had to go back in. Then after I had them done again, they still never called me with the results. After I finally got ahold of them telling me I need medication, I've had to call them back 3 times so far to try and get my script filled.

I am very frustrated with this office. I’ve been treated by both Dr. Owens and Christina. I would recommend either of them to friends and family. It’s the office that I am completely frustrated with!!! I’ve tried multiple times to reach them so they can follow up with my prescription mail order provider for a simple refill!!! It’s been a week and my mail order company has yet to receive refill confirmation. What do I need to do to get someone to either answer the phone or follow up with me with a return call as told on Wednesday after on hold for 52 minutes????? I need a refill. It may be time to look for another physician. It’s a shame as I really like the doctors.

I attended Dr. Owens' clinic. He is a wonderful and very experienced doctor. He listens to the complete complaint and is interested in knowing all the symptoms. He quickly diagnosed me and gave me a treatment that started to improve my problem two days after using it. He provided me with a laptop translation. Strongly recommend it.
