I am living here currently now, and noticed a change in managers. The owner only comes in like once every 6 months and does nothing. The buildings are faulty and ROACHES AND OTHER STRANGE BUGS KEEP EMERGING!!! Yes things look great when you first move in but soon after all these massive problems occur. Not to mention most of the managers have never had business experience and are learning on the job constantly. There are dogs here even though it says no pets and trust me they will feed you crap about having one, saying they are previous residents. There are several new residents with dogs, and they moved in after I did....LIES...Lies...Lies. I too was appalled at what I saw when I first moved in, had a broken stuff everywhere which stayed that way for months, and is still busted. I am begging you, do not make the same mistake I have and move to a better place, it's not worth your money, or loosing sleep over.
