Not a good company to deal with. Anytime we need propane or a tech to come out it takes at least a week. We rent our tank. In 35 years they haven't done any maintenance... keeping it level or painting it. They called in the spring about doing maintenance but have yet to show up. Last time ordered propane they brought out 2x as much as was ordered then acted like it was our problem. Took 2 weeks and several calls to get that fixed. The tech was supposed to be here Friday to fix a problem it's now Wednesday and still nothing. The hvac guy said this is typical of that tech. Call their office to find out what's going on. That lady can only send him an email. She don't have a phone number to call him. Ridiculousness is what you get with them.
