I have to renew my medical card so I had a virtual appointment at 9am today (which is when they open, so prob one of their first appointment of the day) I log into the virtual room at 9am per the email and at about 9:10a recieved a call confirming my info and processing payment. the lady informed me the doc would be calling within 10 mins.and that the virtual room link was not working yet... Its now 10:10a and no call from the doc. I have called 2 to inquire when i should be expecting a call and both time was told in 10 mins. I dont understand how you could be running over an hour late and no one from the office has reached out, but even more confusing how was I one of the first appointments of they day and your already running 1 hour and 10 mins behind??? Last time I will renew through Cana Care.

12 days since my appointment and my certification has still not been entered into the system. This is a Business that focuses on profits instead of patients. I will be looking for another doc and encouraging others to do the same.

Wonderful experience. Due to the current COVID-19, I was able to have a telemedicine appointment, and did not have to go to an office. My Nurse Practioner was professional, friendly, informative and very helpful. I highly recommend their services.
