Eco Water Systems is a reliable company. I purchased a water filtration system about a year and a half ago and it works great. Luis T. came to my house today to replace the water filters and explained to my daughter how to easily change the filters. He was very efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this company to people looking to buy a water filtration system.
These guys responded to us within minutes of e-mailing a picture displaying a little fix we thought the warranty should address. They gave us a timely and convenient time range within 2 business days. They sent 2 courteous guys who advised us at exactly at 8am- the leading edge of our appointment time range to advise on brine on site in half hour, which they were. They were respectful listeners, prepared, good at imparting helpful information, and pretty efficient. I also felt they were honest in replying to our questions without adopting an overly company stance. This is sadly not typical of most vendors or contractors in this kind of business. g
