Great to deal with a real expert... John clearly knows his stuff and is more than willing to share his expertise with a great Selection & good prices! I can not say enough about my experience with this company. When I walked into the showroom, I received wonderful, no pressure service that was informative & relaxed. I was referred to IDN by my cousin who last year had purchased his new hardwood floors from these guys and had a great experience with them and super happy with everything. So I gave them a visit and compared their prices to everyone else, and yes definitely they were as great as my cousin told me. I was looking for a certain type of laminate that not many showrooms carry. John the owner hooked me up with such low price that I was convinced this was the place to buy my laminate floors for my house. The service, and price out the door, including the installation was fantastic and I thoroughly appreciate these guys!!!
John and both of the crews that worked on my house were fantastic from start to finish! The work they did installing hardwood, baseboards and carpet throughout my house was exceptional. Crews were conscientious, clean and professional. The result is gorgeous.
We have a rental so we needed flooring that was indestructible. After consulting with IDN they suggested Carpet tiles. It was genius! That way we don’t have to replace the entire flooring every time a renter destroys a piece we just replace the piece. I was happy to find IDN and will definitely be back.
I had IDN install new hardwood floor and tile for my entire house last month, and all I can say is that these guys rock!!!!! Everything about them was an amazing experience. Customer service, prices, installation crew, how they conducted and executed the job without making any mess in my house etc. both I and my wife are super happy with them and without any hesitation recommend them to all.
