First I would like to say I am completely satisfied and truly happy with how my experience has been with Tesla especially after watching some of the horror stories online. I have been shopping for a new car for two years now and could not find anything I liked, until I came to tesla that is. It truly is like no vehicle I have ever driven. The experience for me was seamless, safe and exciting and there's not one thing I would have changed about it. I would like to call out one Advisor at Tesla for making this process extremely easy and pleasant, Andrew N. at the Westfield Topanga Mall sales store. When I first met Andrew in 2020 he was extremely patient and thorough explaining what exactly the ‘Tesla lifestyle’ is, even with me having no prior knowledge of Tesla besides they are an electric car manufacturer. Andrew went over the benefits and showed me the ins and outs of the car safely during the pandemic. Here I am in the end of march 2021 the day before delivery day wanting to thank him for all his hard work, in getting me the car when I needed it, checking in, and especially answering all my questions even if it was his day off. Update Delivery day went incredibly smooth. Car was in perfect condition and staff made it easy and a breezy experience. If you are thinking of Buying a tesla and in the Northern Los Angeles area go see Andrew.

Fantasizing before the big day
Came in to take a look at a Model 3 a few weeks ago, doing some window shopping before my lease is up next year. Met with Gabe Gomez one of the sales specialists on staff. Gabe was incredibly friendly, and extremely knowledgeable on the product. He assured me he owned a similar model himself, which is something you don't see with most car dealerships. I informed Gabe I was just window shopping, never once did he try to push me into a sale, or make me feel like I had to buy today. He did however let me take the model 3 for a drive, and showed me some cool tricks I'd be able to do when I purchase. If you're like me you've been trained to be fearful of ever setting foot in a dealership, Elon and Tesla really are changing the game on how we buy cars. If you go to this shop and ask for Gabe I promise you'll be in good hands! Update: Came back today, ran into Gabe, he instantly remembered me, which made me feel especially appreciated as a potential customer! Looking forward to working with Gabe in the near future, also looking forward to not dealing with gas stations ever again!

I went in interested, was greeted and helped by Gabe. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and he really listened to both my questions and concerns. He took me for a test drive and I left, knowing that I was going to order a Tesla vehicle. Too notch showroom and service.
