Purchasing from VRLA Tech was a pleasant experience. Their customer service was outstanding. They worked with me when I needed to upgrade and for delivery and pickup. They were quick with a response when I contacted them. My family is very satisfied with their product as well. I highly recommend them.

The VERY BEST is customer service! Undoubtedly, it’s a hard time to be in high demand, but their excellent communication and customer service has been the biggest delight of this crazy pandemic Christmas! Amy is beyond excellent. You can’t ask for better personalized service from a tech company. They’ve certainly earned our family loyalty - service and excellent pricing. Thank you guys to making Christmas wishes come true!

I ordered myself one of their 'Aurora' PC's as a christmas present to myself, and I especially loved the mint color scheme that was offered. The chance to upgrade some parts before I ordered was really cool since a lot of prebuild companies don't offer all the choices that vrla gave me. I could choose between amd or intel (team red all the way), upgrade to a tower or rgb cooler, choose how much ram I wanted, my storage space and type, my fans, EVEN MY PSU CABLE COLORS. I had to wait a while, but since they had just had black friday, and we're in the middle of a global pandemic AND with how hard it's been to get graphics cards since the 3000s came out, I knew it was gonna take a while to ship, thankfully, when the pc finally arrived, it was well worth it; everything was in it's place, so the packaging was really well done, the pc runs smoothly, and gives great performance on all the RPG's that I play.

I ordered by PC back in November and just got it a few days ago. There was a delay due to graphics cards being delayed because of the tariff which I totally understand, but this computer runs amazingly. I had a little bit of a scare at first because it wouldn't turn on, but luckily it was because a part had come loose in transit, which was no issue because their tech support team helped me get it all sorted out very quickly! I absolutely love my Titan PC, and so far gaming and streaming has been a breeze, and so much better than my old PC. They might be a little backed up now, but their customer service team was amazing, and anytime I called or emailed they got back to me as soon as they could to keep me updated. They're so accommodating when it comes to upgrading and changing out parts and their customer service rep was friendly and sat with me on the phone and explained all the different models and parts and made the entire purchasing process easy! I say, if you're okay with a little bit of a wait due to Covid, its definitely worth it.
