College apartment was down in the dumps. We're all seniors and have been getting incredibly lazy this year trying to keep things clean. Did some quick google'ing and contacted Williams-Sonoma to schedule an appointment. The procedure was quick and straightforward, they took my payment information/cleaning requests and sent two individuals over to handle the actual cleaning - and they were efficient. Overall, great stuff and will probably be using their service one more time.

NEVER Purchase through their web site! I received only 1 item out of 5, from my order. And it took days to find someone at customer service to understand the situation. They don't want to be responsible for their mistake and they play with your time! I ordered on Aug/13/20 finally on Aug/23 someone helped for the return. Again today Aug/27 I called customer service that I haven't received my returns! They told me I may receive a gift card after 10 days and they didn't provide any tracking that shows they really shipped a gift card...
