Called in to get some general information, and the lady on the other end could not have been more rude. Would not let me even ask a question and actually hung up on me. What kind of people do you have working in this office? You are public servants, and are there to do just that. She said she “only processes paperwork” and then unfortunately up. Maybe those types of people shouldn’t be answering phones. Quite sad that this is how you serve the community. Do better, or get better people in the office that are actually willing to do their job.
