15-20 horses on less then 8 acres. I drove through with the thought of boarding when I saw state of turn out areas and horrified to see 12 ft manure pile in horses turn out with horses climbing up it eating scraps of hay out of it

I’ve known and ridden with Patty for many years. She is committed to her sport, and the horses and riders under her care.
