Took a bridesmaid dress just get the straps adjusted because they were falling off my shoulders. The staff was very friendly. However, when i went to pick up the dress i was crunched for time and wasn’t able to try it on there. When i did try it on at home, the straps still fell off as if they weren’t even touched...would not recommend.

I had my pants hemmed here about a year or two ago and after awhile the stitching came out. I stopped in and they fixed it free of charge. I was in and out within about 3-5 mins.

Oksana and her staff are always fast, friendly and professional. This is a very convenient location right behind the mall. But even more than that, I love bringing my clothes here to be altered because the people make it worth it. They're always so sweet and kind and make my day so bright!
