So the spring season postponed due to covid, completely understand, however to decide that you will still do the spring season only during summer months and not offer a refund or at the very least allow the monies paid to be used towards the fall season is mind blowing! This is basically stealing hard earned money during a financially troubling time. Very poor communication through out and terrible customer service.

CSA canceled the Spring 2020 season due to CV19. Makes sense. Then, instead of offering the choice of refunds or using funds toward a full fall season, they make a decision to steal from parents by not offering any sort of refund. Shady organization with leaders who morals are highly questionable.

25% refund for the spring season that was not used is not acceptable. Allow my kid to play in fall for free or we won’t ever use this league again and will dispute charges. Thanks for your offer but allowing you to steal 75% of my money doesn’t work. They won’t even call us back to work it out......

We are going on our 7th year with Impact- starting in Rec and moving onto Academy. The coaches are great and the club is is like a famliy.

We've played with CSA for several years now and have never been completely satisfied. Badger Creek is a nice facility and they keep it up pretty well. However, the communication has always been terrible, but when you consider that we paid for a spring season and they are refusing to refund more than 25% of the fees, they should definitely be prepared to keep us completely informed about what the summer season (our other option) entails. I got one email several weeks ago letting me know that the program would begin on June 1st, and that my kid would have 5 x 5 games on Tuesdays at 7:00, and Saturdays at noon. That was it. No follow up from a coach (I still don't know who the coach is, or if there is one) or any info about where to report, etc. I got an email at 3:30 p.m. today letting me know he has practice on a specific field tonight, but then no information as to what time to be there. Their website has not been updated to even reflect that they are offering a summer season, and neither has their Facebook page. It's beyond ridiculous and totally unprofessional. My son has pretty much lost interest in the sport at this point, as it does not seem like CSA cares much about him as a player.
