It's a great little video store. Sometimes it's fun to go walk around and look at titles. Pick some up at great prices, get some candy and snacks, and have a home movie party! Family friendly. Clean, well organized, friendly and efficient staff. Happy to have this store in Canton!

One of the last video stores standing. It was funny and nostalgic to see my kids running around searching DVDs & Blu-Rays instead of swiping on a phone or TV remote. Their selection is quite good and prices were reasonable, especially the fact that there are A LOT of FREE movies in the children's section. As well the staff there were quite kind and helpful.
What an amazing video store. It will be closing for good November 28th 2018. I have always loved this place and the employees are super friendly.

I love Family Video. The environment is very friendly and they have movies ranging from classic to comedy to horror. They even have video games. There prices are cheap and the movie quality is always top of the line. I would very much recommend this place to fellow movie lovers!
Fast friendly clean. Have everthing in stock 99 percent of the time. Always supporting community groups. Free kids movie section. Great place. Seems like great ownership. I support them over renting from cable companies. .. even in a snow storm.
I have never had a problem with this location until today. The manager is very nice, however there was an employee there today who was rude and very unhelpful. I rented multiple movies for 4, but when I returned them a day late I had a fee of 14 which did not add up. The employee would not explain how I had a fee on my account of over 3x the rental amount for only 1 day late. Needless to say I paid the fee and won't be returning to this location. I'm fully aware my movies were late, however some of their employees need to learn some customer service skills.
Don't know how, but they're still alive and kicking. As long as streaming movies keep buffering and freezing, people will turn to family video. Also one of the few places in the world where you can still rent x-rated movies.
