Amazing service. I called other cleaners in the area before calling HS. We has a skunked coat and they were up for the challenge. We also needed the coat back in 2 days and they delivered.

Debacle of an operation. Called Sunday afternoon to confirm their hours for the day. I was told closing time was 5:00pm. I’m here at 4:00pm and the open sign is on, with a note stating that they will return at 4:10. It’s now 4:45 and no one is here. Can’t wait to go clothes shopping for my business trip instead of having my laundered clothes. Horrible idea using them if it is anything urgent!
The owner is very nice and super fast with my items. Her prices can not be beat. I go to her for all of my alterations and dry cleaning needs.
The owner is super sweet and very kind. She works extremely diligently. Never met such a hardworking woman. Always know where to go for clothes!
Went there as a new customer and was very displeased...I brought in two pants and one shirt to be sewed!! The shirt was fine but when one pair of pants came apart in the back seam I looked and she stitched it with white thread in a small section by hand when I want her to put on the sewing machine as I was told!! Anyway I took it back and showed her so she finally put the pants on the sewing machine!! I asked her why she didn't do it right in the first place and her response was... I don't know!! Really!! The sane thing happened to the other pair of pants!! So I will take them to someone that knows what their doing!! What a rip off. I payed 8 dollars for each pair of pants!! Never again!
