Reading through some of these reviews it's plain to see that some of you don't grasp what work ethic is. If you're hired for a job then you are required and obligated to fill that contract. Yes, the company has strict attendance as would any other job. If you're scheduled to work at a specific time then you need to be there ready to work. I saw one comment about not getting properly trained and just \thrown in there\ with no support. That couldn't be any further from the truth. You get 2 weeks of paid training. The first calls you make are monitored by your supervisor or trainer to help you get through your calls. They are always there to support you. To do this job you do have to be organized and good at multitasking all while listening to your customers/donors. People who gave up after 4 months didn't really give it a go or maybe just couldn't handle the pace. You get raises and reviews often. Any help you need is always available and your higher ups will always help you focus on goals. As for the IT department they do a wonderful job of responding and helping to figure out your tech issues. This company will work with you on your schedule so if you're in school have a family or a second job they will work with you so long as you show up to the schedule that you agree to work. During Covid the entire company got a raise to help with economic relief. So im not really sure what a lot of you people with such negative reviews are going on about. I have a feeling that some of you are just embarrased that you couldn't swing it. But thats fine! I enjoy this job I enjoy talking with clients and hearing their stories. But to each their own I suppose.

I can only speak for my experience. It was not great. I worked in the saves department doing blood bank calls. From the first day of training I knew I was in for a tough time. There was no orientation to the company at all. We immediately just jumped into learning the script and then they threw us on the phones. It was terrible. They do not prepare you for what you are about to be doing. You will learn on your own if you want to be successful here. And you will need to identify quickly who to clique up with if you want to be part of the \Incept Family\ it is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED. And Sam, if you really wanted your company to improve its operations then there would not be so many repeat issues popping up in the reviews over the years. I was reluctant to give the company a try because of the reviews I read beforehand. And every negative review I read, I saw those things during my time with the company, 4 short months. All I can say at this point is good luck if you are considering working here.
