Tried to get in using the walk in service i was in before the cut off time with painful earache and blood dripping out of my ear and the lady told me she didn’t have time to figure something else out like urgent care or to come back tomorrow no compassion what so ever that’s fine if you don’t have time to see a patient but at least be nice so i went to urgent care on hickory flat highway only a couple minutes away from the hickory cvs minute clinic and boy were they amazing!!!

This place is terrible. No customer service and the clinic staff is lazy. I had an appointment and waited for their call outside as instructed. No call after one hour so came in to check. They didn't even know I had an appointment even though I had the confirmation. Wasted my time. Had another appointment two days later. Showed up and then told me I didn't have the form which I had no idea I needed. Told me they called me, but never left a message or anything. Never told me about this. So, wasted another trip and time. Seemed happy to not serve me. Won't be back to this terrible place.

Went to be tested for COVID on 7/15 and still haven't received results. They haven't communicated with me at all and when I've called no one can help me. Go elsewhere for covid testing.

POOR COMMUNICATION. Says they do drive thru testing but was told they did not once I got there. I was unable to get tested after driving all the way there because I couldn’t go in the clinic with my child. Now all appointments are booked up so I can’t get in for another time
