MHH was hired (a gift from a family member) to clean a newly purchased home, as I knew it had only been cleaned by the previous owner. I was extremely busy and stressed during moving week and was looking forward to relaxing in my very first new home. It was such a disappointment to discover that the shower walls, cabinets, appliances, and countertops had actually not been cleaned - I'm assuming because these items \looked\ clean, they were ignored. One wipe across the shower walls revealed dirt and grime... same behind sink faucets, fridge, etc. With my busy schedule, I still haven't unpacked yet - I feel I need to clean each room first. Lesson learned: remain on-site with a cleaning crew, do it yourself, or seek referrals from friends. I typically do not leave bad reviews, I just simply walk away instead; however, this was such an important milestone in my life and I wouldn't want anyone else to experience the same disappointment. I'm giving two stars because the company did a decent job cleaning the carpets. IN REPLY: a receipt forwarded to me from a family member confirms the named company.
You people cleaned those otherwise tough to hand wash stuff and made it all shine bright. I am allergic to dust. You people did a superb job by lending a helping hand to me. I advise all to avail of their services.
Their prices are competitive, but they use all professional products and equipment. I feel very comfortable leaving my home cleaning needs in their hands. Recommended!
Mom's Helping Hand Maid Service has been wonderful! I rarely have issues and if I do they are handled immediately! If I'm in need of emergency service they are there!!!
