Main mission on Saturday was to get an annual emissions test. Took 55 minutes, after car wash and self serve vacuum. Other vehicles were worked and completed that came after I arrived. Management may want to note and conduct their own review and provide training, add'l personnel, equipment or processes: While waiting for the test to be conducted it appears there are a lot of wasted steps by the technician(s) and the guy coordinating the vehicles. There is a lot of back and forth between the vehicle and testing equipment, tools during the emissions testing and oil changes (for other vehicles) and going inside to do or conclude computer/paperwork and customer cash-out. The technician wanted to add me to their computer system. I explained that I have taken my vehicles here for 6 years to have emissions testing done and that I was in the system. This was the longest I have waited, by a lot. Service seemed to be less than what it used to be. My receipt showed the vehicle mileage from last year, even thought the emissions test should the correct current mileage. The self serve vacuums: some of the vac hoses are too short to reach the back row or back end of the vehicle.

Pulled in at 11:38AM. Currently 1:15 and still sitting here. Would have been nice if they told me it would be such a long wait since I’m sitting here with kids. Then finally get in my car and it’s barely cleaned. Been going here for 5 years this was definitely my last time. They used to be great but now the quality has gone way downhill.
This is my FAVORITE place to get my car clean! They do an excellent job cleaning the inside and outside of your car. They always make the inside so clean it’s like I have a brand new car! And their prices are so reasonable. If you haven’t been here for a car wash and interior clean, you definitely should stop by!!

I got there and we super nervous, as a 16 year old would be their first time doing this), they were super patient with me as i got my mother to switch seats with me, the man who led us into the tunnel was absolutely amazing! he had a short little conversation with us and make the place feel so much more comfortable to be in. after the tunnel we went around to get the vacuuming done, once again, super sweet people to guide us in and when it was done they came in and got us. Also, while we were waiting, the nice man from the tunnel came in and spoke with us for a few minutes between each break of cars needing to be led into the tunnel, overall great experience and i will be bringing my car back to the place, worth the price!
