DO NOT TRUST YOUR CLOTHES HERE. I went to this place because it was the closest to home & didn't read the reviews before doing so. Trust me when I say you can find better. This place is not where you want to take you clothing. I even gave them a second chance to clean my suits properly and one of them still has the stains on it. And it took 3 days to get it done. I am overly dissatisfied with this service & feel that there is no pride in the amount that they put into their work. Not only that, they only accept cash. Its 2019, & digital technology has been around for too long for you not to accept anything but cash

Took a bridesmaid dress in with strange spots all over it before the wedding. Dry cleaning didn't get spots out, so he hand washed it without question and the dress came out like new! That's dedication to customers to me! Thanks!
The owner Ann often yells at staff in front of costumers and will tell another worker to take costumers while taking personal calls. The other owner mark is very friendly and funny while showing care in his work which isnt as much as I can say for Ann. Prices are low but the cleaning could be better.
Do not go here. I took 2 comforters in and said there are 2 small pillows in one of them also (very small decorative). She said okay one will be 20 and the other 25. No problem and paid by check. The lady calls me the next day telling me there are 2 pillows also, I know that we discussed it and I paid 5.00 more. No that will be an additional 10 and you can pay at pick up. Okay just do them I said. I called 3 days later and asked if they were done (we’ve been trying to reach you, there is an additional charge of another 5.00 they are done). By this point I’m on my way before I get charged more than the blankets originally cost brand new . I had paid by check at drop off and I had the check ready for additional 15 just to get out of there (not going back ever). Oh we don’t take checks at pick up we only do cash. “Ma’am I paid by check the first time. Then had to run to rite aide to purchase something just to get cash on me. Avoid this place at all cost. Very rude customer service and never going back
I recently had two Hermes scarves cleaned here. They were gifts from special people and an important part of my wardrobe. I had been hesitant about getting them cleaned because of their value – both in cost and sentimentally. When I picked them up, covered in plastic, they looked faded. I thought, “Oh, they are ruined.” When I got home, I took them off the hangers and unfolded them – discovering with relief that the most vibrant color is only on one side. They did a beautiful job. The scarves are as stunning as they day that I received them. I highly recommend Park Avenue 2.75 Cleaners. They do great work, have excellent customer service and good prices.
