The part I ordered was unfortunately defective, I think. I emailed the service department as recommended, and have had no response from them in one over one week. Too many options out there that provide better service. Once they have your money, you'll never hear from them again. I will definitely look elsewhere if I need anything else in the future!

This place is a life saver. Great service and plenty of parts on available for one hour pick up. Plenty of material on how to fix household appliances available online. I highly recommend using this company, before making the call for service.
So far I have received 2 defective furnace draft inducer motors in a row. Both appeared to have bad bearings that made a high pitch wine. When reaching out for help, it didn't seem like the agents were knowledgeable on the parts and were slow to respond because they had to check with others in back. Luckily I was able to use these until a replacement came, but this could have been much worse if I was without heat in a MN winter for several days. Update: I am again getting a replacement shipped next day. Acceptable solution for this situation, but frustrating to go through it twice now. I do like your site and find it very easy to find parts based on model number and thought the diagnosis/install videos were helpful.
This place is great. Fair prices and I've never needed anything that they didn't have for furnaces/ac.
Fast friendly service. Called in model and serial number peraon on phone put motor in will call. Went to install. Wrong motor. Looked up model number myself on there site totally different then what they gave me and the one i looked up was right. So not a bad idea to bring the old one with you and open the box before you leave
