Cool shop, not sure why it seems to get a bad rap from people. I was treated great, could have asked a zillion questions without hesitation. Lloyd helped me, knowledgeable about the products and pointed me to his favorites. Typical Ohio, just like the liquor stores in the 70's order from things you can't touch or sometimes see & it comes out the magic window.

I dont have enough good things to say about The Botanist. This business has INCREDIBLE STAFF. They are knowledgeable on their product and can suggest a strain/product for whatever purpose you need it for!
This location is great. The associates are all nice and super helpful. Only thing I would change for the botanist, in general, is there is not rewards or loyalty program. The prices in Ohio are high and every little bit of savings helps. Not all of us keep the same hours they do and miss out on their discounts or the amount you need to buy to get a small percentage off the total is too high.
Great prices. Friendly staff. Very quick. They are great guys.
