I recently ordered a large canvas. The picture quality is good but it arrived damaged (one corner was smashed). The customer service has been terrible. My first contact to them was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear back other than automated responses. I have not responded to their emails (as directed) so that I do not fall to the bottom of the que. How can it possibly take 2 weeks to contact me?? If you're canvas comes undamaged, you will be probably be happy. If you need ANYTHING from them, you will definitely be disappointed.

Excellent Frames Print quality, Decal Wall the one that you can peel anytime without damage your wall, Posters, laminated poster, Frames Print Laminated, Mounted Photo Panel, print your name and framed it, it’s call ABC art. Mounted Print on Gator Board and more..... You can choose images from the Website too. Excellent costumers service, Perfect on time delivery, it’s the only one that takes orders when the competition can’t during the Holiday season. Love this Company.

Wow. They claim satisfaction guaranteed of some sorts, but good luck if you have a problem. My last 2 emails regarding my issue have gone without a reply for 4 days and 8 days respectively. I've sent pics of my print which is so dark compared to my original and I got a canned response 2 weeks ago ticket #(833013)to reload my image. But my efforts to actually engage in a dialogue to discuss the issue have gone into a void. No replies in 8 days. I can see why they discontinued the support phone number - it's tougher to hide from customers. I'll see if there is any progress tomorrow, then will contact my credit card company and file a complaint.

I have ordered from them before and was happy but this time was not happy at all the tops of the guys heads were chopped of. I emailed they responded a week ago and said they would replace it as they felt it was my fault but i would have to pay shipping. I responded agreeing to this a attached 2 versions of the picture to see if one was better for them. I got no response back. I tried to just see if i placed an order if they had it in to not charge but it was charging. I have sent 3 more emails trying to find something out and had no response. I tried to call to actually talk to soneone but you can't. It tells you to email or chat. What i got i am going to throw in the trash so that is money down the drain. For some people thus may not be a big deal but i am not rich and have been sick a long time do to cancer i just wanted one good family photo.

I have ordered a dozen or so canvases from them and the color quality is unbelievable. I use their canvases and their framing options for art shows and patrons regularly comment on how brilliant the colors are. Their customer service is topnotch, too. On the two occasions I had questions they were prompt and thorough responding. Would highly recommend.

It's taken me some time to post this review because it's a tough one to write. Canvas on demand made a beautiful canvas of my therapy dog who had just recently passed when I ordered it. I don't know how you were able to accomplish it, but her eyes seem to follow me from whatever direction I approach! My loss is so incredibly deep, but she continues to give me comfort when I look at her eyes and the wonderful work you did. Thank you so much
