My municipality hired Critter Busters to capture and monitor the coyote activity. I can't say how much Dave San Filippo helped us out. We haven't had a complaint in any of the areas where they trapped and we have taken out more than 18 coyotes in a 3 month period. These guys are fair, honest and reliable. They even take pictures of all their catches (something our previous vendor refused to do), have complete monitoring systems on their trucks (can do marked or unmarked depending on your needs; we've choosen the unmarked route for an additional fee). What really impresses me is we always get an honest assessment of where they think they can help, where they'd advise against it and for the most part we follow their advice except when were just need to cover our butts. Keep up the good work. If your having a conflict with wildlife these are the guys to contact! I honestly wish I could do more than just review them. It's so hard to find good vendors and these dudes are the good guys!

This was the only pest control company that actually even answered the phone. Every other call was an answering service. We had a wonderful customer service experience. Dave was not only a nice guy, but was very knowledgeable and I can see why they are so highly recommended. Kudos!

Quick, prompt, courteous and professional. I had an unknown Critter digging up my newly installed grass. I was able to obtain a quote within minutes by just sending a picture to the person on call. The price wasn't based by the car in my driveway nor my zip code. They came out and trapped him the same night. Turns out the tech lives two streets from me in Bixby Knolls. Thanks for the great service!

This company did not get rid of the rats that I had Also, they sent me one bill, last year, asking me to pay to pick up black rat boxes. I called them about it at the time and the girl who I spoke to was going to ask the manager if he/she would waive the fee, since I had not been informed of this fee and it was not in my contract. I did not receive any communication about this for approximately 7 months until very recently. During a recent phone call I was told that the fee would not be waived for picking up the rat boxes. I asked for copy of my contract because picking up the boxes was not in my contract and I wanted to review it again to double-check on that. It indeed is not in the contract. When I pointed that out they changed their story and said that I owe them money for cancelling without a 30 day notice. It is very concerning to me that they're changing their story. Furthermore, again, I did not hear anything from this company, after I originally contacted them about that bill that I received, for about 7 months. I did not receive an additional bill, I did not receive an additional call until about a week and a half ago when I received a call regarding a past due amount. Additionally, I just received a bill for what they say is the past due amount plus a finance charge, which I have no idea what this finance charge is about, as well as a past-due finance charge tacked on to the bottom. None of these finance charges have been previously stated to me and I'm not quite sure how I could have accrued a finance charge of any kind since the company never returned my phone call for about 7 months and also has not mailed me any sort of a statement for that same amount of time.
