They have the Worst parking policy here. If your car is parked over the parking space line your car will be towed without Notice. No written notice, no phone call, no knock on the door to let you know to fix the parking issue. I thought my car was stolen. The apartment office didn't even bother to let me know the next morning Hey your car was towed last night. I had to call the office and ask to find out for myself. Now i am out 228 because of my car being towed without any Notice. Do yourself a favor Do not move here, Do not stay here, you will regret it very quickly.

Re-writing this review. From 2 to 1 star or zero which is not an option unfortunately. Water damage. Broken sprinkler line caused by workers. Luckily most of the complex was home. This is the second occurrence that has left me wanting to flee this place. The first was the hvac unit. It went out in the summer. It took, wait for it....4 months to get a new one installed. The first 3 weeks after it broke it was 98 degrees inside. Apartment management? “Nothing we can do”. This place is utter garbage. I feel sorry for the soul that will get into one of these apartments with water damage because it wasn’t light. It is all in the walls, outlets, insulation, and lighting fixtures. They are throwing low dollar companies into “cleaning” it up. Can you say mold?

The location is awesome! The views are spectacular! We moved from another state and have loved our apartment! We haven’t had any problems only minor things that were addressed within the day or the next day!! I’ve always gotten a quick feedback or questions answered! It’s quiet and pet friendly and gives a warm family feeling!

I absolutely love living here! Both the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance staff are out on the property daily always waving, saying hello and stopping to help with any questions you have. It definitely has a family feel to it here. The property is beautifully maintained and has trails around perfect for walking your dog, and they are equipped with dog stations supplied with bags and disposal. The pool is well maintained, and I also love the valet trash service that picks up your trash every night at your doorstep.
