Wow! I was blown away by their Superior customer service at this place. Jesse was the gentleman that helped my wife and I. He was patient, understanding, never pushy or made us feel anything other than relaxed and comfortable. Even though he was helping several people at once and answering phones he remained right there with us every step of the way. It goes to to show my wife and I why buying from the local outfits are better than big businesses. They make you feel like family not just another customer. Thank you Jesse and we love our new truck by the way!

The best no hassle place to buy a vehicle! The staff was really nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend speaking with the salesman Jesse to get a really great understanding of the vehicle inside and out. The guy really knows his stuff! My experience at Canyon State Auto in mesa today was fantastic. I was greeted warmly, I saw what I had originally gone to look at. After explaining what it was that I was wanting the sales associate took me to another truck, which I fell in love with and within an hour at most, had the keys and title to my new truck. i was so impressed by how great the customer service was. They even went w me to take my original truck back home, which is right around the corner, but still saved me the inconvenience of finding someone to take me back later to get my other truck. I completely recommend Canyon to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Definitly 5 stars. Thank you guys!
Couldn't find the truck that we wanted from a big dealership. We came across Canyon State by pure accident and we are really glad that we took a chance on them! They went out of their way to bring, not one but two trucks! From a different location for us so that we could test drive them! Rick was honest and not pushy and the whole experience was quite painless. Very nice family-run business. I'm not sure we"ll be in the business to buy another truck anytime soon! But if we ever decide to, this is definitely where we will come. Thanks Rick my husband's very happy with his new truck!
Showed up to only look at trucks, and walked away with exactly what we've been wanting for years. There was no pressure to buy, however, the service was absolutely phenomenal! Rick assisted us with our purchase and went above and beyond to get us exactly the payment we could afford and even replaced the windshield that had a couple of flaws. Could not be happier and will absolutely be recommending to our friends. If you want excellent service, this is the place to go!
I literally hate buying vehicles...It takes long hours and I always feel like these multi-billion dollar dealerships are trying to pinch every dime they can out of me...so naturally I go in feeling negative and usually leave feeling negative. Canyon State Auto on Power Rd is truly the very first experience I have had where they did everything they could to make a deal that we felt comfortable with and we were in and out in less than 30 min....AWESOME experience and will be buying from here again soon !!
I found a truck that I loved and drove it home the next day. Everyone there is friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I've never had a better experience buying a vehicle.
