We just hired James and his crew to completely repair and refinish hard wood floors in a home we just purchased on the Cape. The floors are red oak and they had a very pink tint. We wanted them to look more like white oak with a lighter more blonde look. This was not an easy tinting job. We sent James some photos of the color we liked and he absolutely nailed it! The floors look beautiful! His team was very professional and courteous. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We decided that it was time to redo our floors after approx. 40 years of wear and tear. We were concerned that there were some spots that couldn't be saved however James arrived (when he said he would!) and told us that we didn't need to replace the wood. He would be able to fix them at a fraction of replacing. We received the quote that same day! He even followed up to see if we had any questions and/or concerns. We never felt pressured into doing to floors with him but rather secure in knowing that his team would do a great job. He even came back a second time to talk about what stain to go with. We could not be happier with the outcome! He started and finished right on schedule/promised! We have learned that this is a rarity! I understand that this quote might be higher than others however the dustless system, attentiveness of the team, timeliness, and pure satisfaction make Cape Cod Floor Pros a great choice. We could not be happier!
We needed to refinish a sizable amount of hardwood sq. footage in a home we've been renovating. James (and his crew) did an outstanding job...James was great in guiding us toward various color options...he put down samples for us which really helped...they fixed various sins that existed in the old and tired floors (loose boards, broken boards, significant spacing, etc.). They also had to match up old pre-finished with newly installed oak floors in the kitchen. The results are spectacular. Exactly the vision we had in mind. True professionals...recommend very highly.
James and his crew did beautiful work to repair serious damage done by another flooring company. They worked very hard at it until they were able to salvage the heavily damaged floors. I highly recommend James and Cape Cod Floor Pros. They are truly professional and talented.
