Wanted to experience the Cape Coral culture. We got tickets and enjoyed the show. It was a nice experience. Will look forward to other shows.

A wonderful venue dedicated to showcasing local talent. The staff and volunteers are eager to make sure your experience is positive. My family loves seeing shows together at CPT.

The theater is nice and well-kept, and I’m sure the shows are decent enough, but my experience with the theater classes can only be described as atrocious. We signed my 6 year old stepdaughter up for Broadway Babies, an experience that was nothing short of a nightmare. Week after week we witnessed “Miss Gerrie” yell at the children when they failed to meet her wildly unrealistic expectations for the age group, and have virtually no clue how to control a group of young children. She even got confrontational with me when I pulled my stepdaughter a few minutes early from a rehearsal (not class, as these “classes” quickly turned into grueling rehearsals, something we were not expecting based on the class description) because she was visibly not feeling well - apparently the children’s health and well being is not of the slightest importance to Gerrie. When I reached out to the president and executive director to give a much more detailed account of my experience, I received no reply back, not even a quick apology for my experience. Save your money. Find a real theater class with someone who actually enjoys working with children, and can set realistic expectations and help them to attain them.

We just got back from seeing Broken Hearts, I have been to many shows there and they are always wonderful, the last one was Chicago. Broken Hearts was a disaster, I know the kids worked hard and did their best. The singing was horrible, the boys from Brooklyn couldn't even sing together. People around me I could see and hear felt the same way we did. It was to the point of embarrassing, sorry about the review but you have done so much better. Arthur Haley
