Dave and Mike watched my house right after I purchased it. They arrived within hours of my call, walked the home finding all the important access points and shut offs. They watched my house for 3 months, fixed a few things that weren’t working and coordinated the pool cleaning, yard work and my car shipments. I received a weekly email report with pictures etc. Love this service and these guys... Total peace of mind when their on the job.

Mike and Dave do a great job! They do a complete inspection and provide detailed reports. They have also been right on the spot to help when unexpected things come up (like a surprise package delivery when you aren't home). Highly recommended!
We used Pentagon Watch to take care of our house while it was for sale and we were in another state. They went above and beyond for us during that time! I would highly recommend them to take care of your home. I cannot think of one single negative thing to say about this company and believe me I am an extremely critical person. Mike and David are professional and detail oriented. They not only do a thorough job inspecting our home every two weeks, they also clean our pool every week. We were informed immediately of a break-in that occurred just after we purchased the home and they helped offer options on how to proceed. Whenever issues come up, Mike and David write it in the inspection report and attach photos. When we run into them at the house, they are very friendly and knowledgeable, offering advise on maintenance specific to homes in FL as well as the best places to eat! They do a great job maintaining the pool as well. It is a added bonus having them come by that extra week because the are always keeping an eye out for anything and everything. We would highly recommend Pentagon Watch.
