I had the best experience in purchasing a new car! The salesman Earl Phillips was easy going, not pushy, very accommodating and honest. I was only there for 3 hours and was driving away in my new Tucson! The sales manager ,Jim Tatum, took care of the finance and did a great job working with me on running different scenarios to get the best payment plan for me! I would suggest anyone looking for a new car to check out Auffenberg Hyundai in Cape Girardeau Missouri for a great deal and a great car purchasing experience!!!

My husband and I went in looking to trade for a new Kona. Sales rep, Keith, was friendly and transparent. Bobby helped the financial aspect go smoothly. We were nervous about using a new Hyundai dealer since moving to southeast Missouri, but Auffenberg didn't disappoint. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Called 3 times to set up appointment for a recall, left message with service department, #2 left message with receptionist to give to service department, and #3 left message for service department. Going to different Hyundai dealer where I have been treated very well, I will be in the market for a new car and WILL NOT BE GOING TO AUFFENBERG FOR SURE!!!!! I HAVE OWNED 7 HYUNDAIS AND THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT TRULY SUCKS!!!!!!!

Was in and out very quickly. Wish they would do a quick wash or wipe the inside windows for you when you come in for service. I miss those perks that other dealers give. Auffenberg IS very courteous and efficient and I do greatly appreciate that!
