I just returned from a trip to Cozumel booked by Elite travel. I cannot say enough good things about this agency. First of all, Shannon was so incredibly helpful when I was trying to decide what kind of dive package to purchase. Our email thread must be a mile long! She took care of every detail for my trip. Here’s the best part: We were booked at the Iberostar resort. When we arrived, we found some things in our room didn’t work right, the food was cold, walkways not well lit, water dispenser by our room didn’t work, And our room was small and kind of old looking and didn’t smell very good. I emailed delete travel the next morning and told them what was going on. Within minutes The owner, Carolyn had called me she Shannon and Jamie got to WORK! The Iberostar was not wanting to let me switch resorts and were dragging their feet. After eight hours of tireless effort, Carolyn sent out over 800 emails to the 120 resorts owned by this company all over the world and finally got in touch with the CEO of the corporation who authorized a refund for me. THEN The team booked us into the Occidental which was right next-door,. Not only was this a beautiful resort, And exactly what we were looking for l, they somehow finagled an upgrade The Royal Level At the Occidental. We had a huge suite, access to a private restaurant, a private section of beach, and tons of perks. Elite travel went WELL above and beyond what was required to make sure I had a fantastic vacation. I’m so thankful for them and as you can guess, I will be a loyal customer for life

Carolyn and her team know traveling inside and out and want all of their client's to get the most out of their customized vacations. They and are there for their customers from the time they book their trip till the time the return home. If there are complications with travel, whatever the reason, they are your Homeland Security answering the phone when others would not any time or day. I have ONLY heard positive things about the amazing and hassle free vacations friends have taken and although I do not travel often, the trips I have booked through Elite Travel have been very organized and they have taken care of all of the details. I would highly recommend for everyone to book their work or leisure trips, flights, hotels or cruises with them they will handle ALL of the details.
