MedX went above and beyond when my son was in the hospital and we needed oxygen. Laura called me personally and walked me through the entire process and cost after insurance. They were prompt with delivery and pick up. Could not ask for a better company!!! Everyone was so professional and helpful and I would definitely use them again ️

Hi my name is Darlene Brooks I would like to share my story if I may about my experience with MedX when I had to go on oxygen due to my COPD I was devastated but then here comes this gentleman to my door which I didn’t know and he had a oxygen concentrator I was really freaking out because of the fact that I had to go on Oxgain in the first place and being a formal C.N.A. I knew what this had meant Dereck which was true friend and over the years had become my best friend well first of all he explained and was very concerned of my feelings and to This Day No One works on my Oxgain needs but Dereck because he is well Acquitted with the knowledge that he needs to do his job also Laura and Kaylee and Miss Rebecca are so sweet and you will never meet a nicer bunch of people then the crew from Sikeston Missouri office because they Do Care about All there Patient care they care so much that when my sister and brother-in-law had to go on oxygen that is who I Recommend not only to my family But to anyone I Not only give this crew a 4 stars but Ten and above they are pretty special to me and I want to say Thank you MedX for All you Do God Bless you All and Merry Christmas Everyone Love ya guys

Poor service they charge double the cost of a CPAP machine on open market. Did not provide the proper amount of supplies and when notified by my doctor and health rep they would not correct. Became abusive on the phone, poor customer service, cannot be trusted. Avoid like the plague they are not capable of solving simple problems and have horrible customer service.
