I found a car on line, at noon I called the dealership, had someone immediately get me to Lee Barrios, and after just a few minutes, he gave me a list of questions about my trade in, a few pictures, and boom! We had a deal. They gave a great price on my trade in and a REALLY good price on my Jeep! Lee found a driver and he drove from Topeka to KC, I signed a few papers and was driving my dream vehicle by 6:00 PM! Even a few days later, I just can't get over it. I'd deal with Lee and Capital City NIssan any time!

I took my car in due to having the same issues I had last summer when they told me I needed a new transmission. This time they told me that the transmission was out of warranty, the one that they had replaced six months prior. I stated that I did not receive any information of the warranty and it was six months old, that I shouldn't pay for it. Then after two days then changed their mind and told me it was my catalytic converter and it would cost 1500. I pulled my car from the shop after being lied to for three days. Took it to another mechanic and confirmed it wasn't my transmission nor the catalytic converter. They hadn't even touched the bolts to the converter as the bolts were still grimy and two bolts broke right off due to the corrosion. So instead of the 1500 Nissan told me that it would cost to fix my car it was 148.06. So what would of happened if I paid the 1500, my car still had issues and I take it back and they charge me more. Being a younger woman with no knowledge of cars, I took it to Capital City to trust them with it. I had to select one star, but they defiantly DO NOT deserve even one!

We recently traded in our car for a Nissan Pathfinder. I have been very pleased with the other Nissans we have owned. Our experience at Capital City Nissan was great. They were not pushy. They were patient as my husband and I took our time making our decision. Everyone was very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

Chris Reardon in service dept was very helpful & kind to me today! I'm so glad that I can just drop by for mtn assistance question on my 2014 Juke as it helped me a lot to receive his opinion on how to get the rear light cover off so I can replace the brake light bulb myself. He was friendly too as we discussed how much we both like the Nissan Juke! I'm sorry that you haven't been able to find the Juke of your dreams yet, Chris! Maybe its still out there! Ill be looking in Topeka for that exclusive gold beauty you saw. Bad pic! Great car!
