My sewing machine was not working. I called and they offered a few suggestions to try before I brought it in. It didn’t work so I brought it in the next day. It was a threading issue that they fixed and taught me about the machine and using it. Then said there was no charge! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and will be back if I need them!!!

I recently purchased a sewing machine from a second hand store. However, it was not working properly when I got it home. I called Capital Sew and Quilt and spoke to Kyle who was so pleasant and courterous to see if I could get my machine repaired at an affordable price. When I arrived at the store, I was so impressed by the variety of sewing machine and their capabilities. Jennifer who greeted at the entrance quickly began looking for the part that was needed for the repair. Then I met Aron, who is super nice and knowledgeable. My machine is old and dated. However, Aron made feel as if my sewing machine was as valuable as those displayed in the store. This made me feel so special and a valued customer. I would recommend this team to anyone. When I advance in my sewing skills, Capital Sew and Quilt will be the first sewing machine store I will visit to purchase a new unit. Thanks again & God Bless...

Aron and his team are second to none. Fantastic customer service, competitive pricing, and just a wonderful place to shop and browse. They've got the place looking so great now (product displays, new flooring, the soft purple lighting). Jennifer is always so helpful - anytime you've got a question about the machine you own or purchased from them, just reach out and they'll jump at the chance to help. They just treat people right, period. Check them out!

I wish I could give 6 stars. The staff here are amazing. I had an issue with my Brother machine that I was unable to figure out on my own. The two women who helped me, I wish I'd gotten their names, were both patient and knowledgeable. We finally figured out that the problem was due to excessive presser foot pressure for the fabric I'm using. Unfortunately, my machine is a lower end model without ability to adjust this. The staff helped me find some smaller needles and a teflon coated presser foot to minimize friction. After getting back home and working on my project (a sleeping bag) this has greatly improved the puckering issue. With regards to their store, they have a great selection of machines that I looked on with envy. The location is somewhat out of my way, but I'll be back for parts and service. No reason to go anywhere else.

I stopped in while visiting my daughter. Recently I acquired a “new to me” Quattro 2. Aron and the entire team assisted me in picking out some additional accessories and provided some awesome hints about the machine. It didn’t matter that I live 600 miles away-they spent quality time answering my questions. They also advised me about a program that is running in April that I might like to attend. This is an amazing shop, and I encourage you to stop by and stay awhile.
