The ABSOLUTE WORST Captain D's experience ever. The broiled salmon was undercooked. There was no blackened seasoning present, although it was requested. Felicia, the drive thru clerk, was more than rude. I was argued down about the order not being right. She hung up on me also. If you value your money and time, NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION.

This place has really declined in their service and quality. I went through the drive thru today and placed an order. The gal couldn't get my card to read so she got the mgr. He came and was very rude to her and handed me back my card and said it didn't work. When I asked why he responded with I don't know and walked off. I asked the gal to enter it manually as she stated her reader just wasn't reading the card. Poor thing tried for over 5 min without any direction from her rude mgr.I was able to scrounge up enough cash and pay that way. Get home and some of our food is missing,but we were charged for it. Another order was just plain wrong. I have called multiple times and they are not answering the phone. Mr Rodriguez is the mgr on duty and he just lost multiple customers as not only does my family eat here, but the girls from work and I do too.
I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, only to get cold fries and no starter sauce that I asked for. I called and no answer. I dont recommend going there.
Update 8/10/19- review sent to the website offered by owner The food was hot and the order was correct, but the flavor was much different from their prior recipe, in a bad way. A strong taste of oil permeates everything. The fish portions are now long stick-shapes, not even trying to appear to be filets. And a drink is NOT included in their \meal\ offerings! An extra 2 for a small drink is preposterous! I spent almost 12 on a 4 piece \meal\ of fish, fries and hushpuppies and small drink that was extra. I ended up throwing half of it away due to the bland oiliness. I used to prefer Captain D's to Long John Silver's, but, sadly, the corporate powers-that-be have altered the menu in a bath of oily blandness. I'll try it again in 6 months; hopefully, they might bring back the recipes that made them so delicious and flavorful.
