Every time I walk upstairs in my home, I am reminded over the poor installation and customer service I was delivered when captains carpet had done the installation for my second floor. This is for my summer house so I don’t walk there each and every day. When the installation was complete I had asked the owner to come look and was given some reason or another and he was a no-show. I really hope this kind of service doesn’t happen to anyone else, should have written this review a while ago to help others.

So pleased with our new carpet. Installers were meticulous and able to move very heavy furniture without a hitch. A totally seamless experience. Highly recommend Captain's!
We are thrilled with the job Richard did putting up new blinds on our back porch, seven double windows. The blinds are excellent quality, it's like we've added another room to the house. As Richard works he is neat and thorough and does a beautiful job. Thank you Captain's Carpets.
Bob and I had to cut our 16 day Scotland Ireland vacation short due to his sprain injury and fly home early....but we had a very happy ending. While we were gone Rich at Captains Carpet installed all new wood floor replacing our outdated tile in our home. Not only did he do a wonderful job, but everything was left spotless and all furniture was placed in the right spot! If anyone would like to see his workmanship please let me know!
