The absolute worst service I have ever had. Dropped off my 2017 high lift 1000 Polaris for a complete service and to fix some issues. To make a long story a little shorter they had it for 8 weeks They never called with updates and I had to call them every week. They had a different excuse every time. After 8 weeks they call me and tell me that the clutch bolt and crank are stripped and cannot be fixed without replacing each. Estimated cost 5700. The original estimate to do everything was 4300. When I told them I did not want them to fix it and I would just come and get it as is they told me it would be 2000 over the original estimate. After arguing with them they said it was a computer error. No communication at all. Tried to rip me off and left with an undeliverable machine. I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Craig at the Carmi location was great to work with! I appreciate all his help getting accessories picked out and installed for me. Very friendly and helpful and kept me updated on the status of my purchase.

TERRIBLE MORALS! An older woman in a gold mini-van curbed her tire and blew the sidewall, she pulled across the street to try to change it to her spare, the employees of this business rode a vehicle around her to see the problem, they continued back to their shop. across the street. a friend and I happened to drive by, turned around and changed her tire for her. She tried to give us the 17 she had to her name. we didn't accept it. The Car Corral employees were waiting for her to call so they could charge her, I do completely understand capitalism and business practice, I also understand human and business morals. Shame on you and your company.

I bought an Outlander in June 2020. Upon delivery they washed the machine and accidentally washed the owners manual. No big deal. They tell me they’ve ordered another one and it should be a week. They have given me the run around on it ever since. My dad bought a Defender from them and took it back for warranty work, which they charged him 185 for the first service that it wasn’t even ready for yet and he did not even ask for them to do it. Part of that service was to lube all grease fittings, you could clearly see they did not do that. Dad goes back in to complain and all they could say was they’d grease them next time. That got me to looking at my Outlander and sure enough, no grease was ever put in any of the joints which should have been done when the machine was uncrated at the dealership. Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and a lot of people are going to have issues with the machines they sell simply because they aren’t properly lubricated. Another way to charge their customers for more service. I will not return for any parts or service. They lost a chance at having a huge family be repeat customers in the future.

This place is a joke to walk into. I thought we would finally have a descent motor sports store in the area smh. They have nothing in stock ever and they don’t know what you’re talking about unless you explain it or they can see it on their computer. If you HAVE to go to car corral for anything, may I suggest making the trip to Flora.

I find it funny you cannot enter the store , yet when they come out to help you they aren’t wearing a mask. Just saying. Need to get their priorities in order

Rude folks. The manager never smiled. He makes you feel belittled. Very small amount of SUV's. If you want customers, you need more merchandise. Service tech guy seemed cocky. Parts guy was polite. Super nice building though. I will stick with Evansville Bike Shop where I'm greeted with a smile.
