Amazing experience. After every other car rental was sold out, Nathan was able to get us a vehicle the same day and deliver it to us at our hotel the same day! The car was in great condition, very spacious and clean. We ended up getting stuck in a bit of a snow storm and Nathan let us keep the car for an extra day which was a life saver! He even met us at the Denver airport to pick the car back up once we were finished with it. I cannot thank Nathan enough for the superb customer service especially on such a last minute booking.

Was a little nervous about using a local company, but this was one of the only companies who would guarantee a 4x4 and reviews were good. The entire rental process was smooth and communication was on point. Rented a 4x4 full sized SUV and the vehicle was new and just what we needed. Highly recommend and will use again when back in Denver!
If you are ever looking for an awesome 4x4 with white glove VIP service, your search is over. Working with mile high was absolutely seamless and saved a couple hours on the front and back end of the trip, we are very thankful and will use them again without question.
I can't say enough about Nathan and this car rental company! From the initial inquiry months ahead of our need for an AWD vehicle all the way up to and including getting the car back to the agency, the service and communication were top notch! Especially loved the convenience of having the car ready and waiting for us only steps away upon arrival to the Denver Airport and of turning it back in with such ease. This rental vehicle experience was by far the VERY BEST I've ever had. Highly recommend!!
