I took a broken carpet shampooer in for repair. It was an older model, and they weren’t able to find replacement parts. Because they were unable to repair it, they didn’t even charge me a “bench fee”. I will definitely go back whenever I need something repaired!!

They were awesome! My vacuum is a commercial grade carpet cleaner. They jumped right into it and was able to find the fix for the motor on the brushes. Going forward they will be the only ones to touch my machine!

Our family loves bringing our vacuums here for service! We recently brought a carpet shampooer and they did a fantasic job with fixing it so we didn't have to buy a new one.
