I love the Carbondale area for its unique shops & community. Whenever I swing through town, this is on my list of stops both to pick up new cards & to hang out since there’s always someone around to play. Friendly (& incredibly helpful) staff & amazing vibes here — I don’t feel gouged on prices like you do at other places. So glad to have this supportive community.

DO NOT order from their TCGplayer online store. I ordered an online order on Nov 11th. I finally got the cards today on Nov 28th. WORST part is, I am missing 2 cards. I had to contact them multiple times on the website to which they did not answer. TCGplayer had to get involved with this case. I reached out to the owner on google message and he took a very long time to answer and would constantly ignore all messages. I called the store multiple times as well, and no answer on that either. Here are the screenshots. I cant believe they just sent an order out with missing cards and you can clearly see they did not cross it out, so they were aware it was an imcomplete order. This is not a way to run a business. Embarassing.

Ever since Randy left, thIs place has turned into a worthless building. The employees lie, they’re lazy, the products are over priced. If anyone is is “shady” it is whoever owns this place. What a disgrace.I’d give them zero stars if I could. Just order on TCG player and not from these clowns. What a joke. Edit: The owner knows the issues. He’s a clown too.

Use to be a great store but the new Management is full of untrustworthy scalpers. Prices on items are 4 times higher than retail. Business here is unethical and unprofessional.
