Updated: I had ordered a monster cleaner from hobby homebrew and I received a package fairly quickly. It wasn't what I had ordered, and couple of miscommunications happened. But as soon as Chris was aware of the situation he was very quick to make things right and ship me the item I had originally ordered. Could you buy the same thing from another place online, sure, but what you won't get somewhere else is a level of customer service this high.
I recently ordered a part from Hobby Homebrew, unfortunately the part was incompatible with my equipment. Hobby Homebrew did not hesitate to help me resolve the issue. This is a great, trustworthy and honorable business. I highly recommend them to anyone for their supplies.
Chuck was very helpful, went above and beyond to help me with my long list of Homebrew supplied I needed. Even looked up online for substitution items for a couple items on my list they didn't have in stock. Best experience I have ever had at a homebrew shop. Wish they weren't an hour and a half from me. They have a website and I will be ordering most of my future supplies from them.
