Agree with other 1 star review...RUDE. I called up to find out pricing and if they had an item on hand. Guy was not helpful at all and just plain rude and rushed me off the phone/hung up on me. It surprises the hell out of me how places like this stay in business with rude employees. Maybe the management doesn't know your counter people suck. Well no problem..I don't need the part today...I will just order it online..so much for buying local. One last thing I have noticed with a plumbing/electrical supply places in general that I have dealt with...they are rude. Not sure if that's how they are or just to people that are not in the trades..ore buying each week

Just spoke with a young guy on the phone from here to get a quote for a 30 gallon TALL (in height) electric hot water heater. Not only did he quote me 550 for a 50 gallon but he at first did not understand what I was asking and after he stated the price I told him no thank you and that I could get it way cheaper online, he said there you go and hung up in my face as I was continuing to ask questions. Very rude! And as my boyfriend called back and spoke to an older man got a 402 quote on the 50 gallon. Hmm. Because I'm a woman?
