Awesom Experience! Jesse Cochran did an amazing job from start to finish! Not one time did I ever feel like I was being pushed into anything. They asked me if I wanted to add a warranty or gap insurance. Not put it in to the deal and i find out about it later! This is the way to purchase a vehicle, and feel good about it... One last thing that I really appreciated was the transparency about my purchase! Thank you again Jesse and Voglar Ford for caring about not just me, but my business as well!

There have been at least TWO occasions where I have waited in the Service garage for 5-10 minutes without anyone asking me if I was being helped; people saw me too. The customer service is varied and I never know if I'm going to be standing there a while or if I will be greeted shortly after arriving. A particular Covid concern involves a staff member approaching me without a mask and proceeding to tell me about my car. I felt very unsafe and highly disappointed. The individual ended up putting a mask the next time he approached me but still...
