We had a great experience with America’s Finest Carpet when we had the carpet in our condo replaced. Nicolette was fantastic at helping us choose a carpet and setting up the installation. Our new carpet feels and looks amazing. We didn’t feel pressured at all when looking around the showroom. They have a lot of other flooring options besides carpet, so we would definitely return when/if we change out other flooring in our condo.

Run. Don't let the 7 locations fool you. I'm in the industry and they were possibly the worst I have ever dealt with. Let me share some of the bigger issues: 1. First day they didn't even show up or call. I was out of town and had to call in and ask why no one showed up. Two people told me two different things. The sub contract out the work a lot of the times so they don't know what is going on. 2. Estimated time was 10 days. It took them 3 weeks (and weekends) to finish. I asked \why so long\. They told me it's because the travertine demolition takes longer. Isn't that something they should have realized when they quoted and accepted the business? 3. They broke our bathroom pedestal sink. They were kind enough to replace it \free of charge\. But when they did they learned they couldn't put the old faucet on the new sink so they charged me for the faucet. After all they put us through I was shocked they went this route. 4. THE DUST!!! They didn't prepare the house at all to contain the dust. In fact they left open the garage (even though they had zero reason to have the garage door open) and I had to empty the entire garage, power wash everything and still dealing with the dust. 5. We didn't empty out one of our closets and they moved the items outside. That is fine but given they never brought them back in after days our vacuum broke. Not enjoyable when a one year Dyson vacuum doesn't work. They have attempted to put much of the blame on our GC. This just doesn't work as it's a family friend we have known our entire lives and he sent us pictures of their work vrs America's Worst Carpet Company. I wish there was an option to post photos of the disaster they left behind. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. I have to admit initially we were impressed with them. The sales rep was very courteous and helpful. However, once the sales rep is out of the picture and they have your deposit.....it's another story.

We just ordered new carpet from America's Finest Carpets on 2959 Manchester Ave. in Cardiff,92007. I can't wait until it's installed. We had a difficult time deciding which style and color would look best. Nicolette and Alex that work there were so helpful and patient with us. Picking out just the right carpet, it took awhile; but we made our final decision and are very happy with our experience.

I needed carpet installed within a week and they were able to make that happen. I worked with both Nicolette and Alex who were very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. The installer Javier did an amazing job working around the back office of a shoe store, which isn't easy. I will definitely be using them again, thank you!

Went to store. Great experience. Ordered carpet samples and scheduled guy to measure. Zack came 3 days later and measured. He was great. He asked if I had samples to return and I hadn't got any yet. Zack said he would ck with the store. I emailed them right after that and then again a couple days later. Also called and got no answer, but didnt leave a message. Costco FedEx'd my chosen samples and I had them in 2 days, and I did this before I went to this other store. Wanted to compare products/prices. I never did hear back from AFC in any way. I've ordered from Costco. UPDATE: I was called by a gentleman at the company. He left a very apologetic message and wanted more information. I have a lot of respect for the effort, but I had already ordered thru Costco and was very busy at the time. I never got the chance to call him back. I would probably go back to Americas Finest Carpet if I needed more flooring and give it another shot. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. not sure what happened with the follow through.
