Highly recommend CareFirst! I needed to have a medical exam and the friendly staff was able to set up an appointment the same day. After experiencing the top notch service and care from Dr. Lyles and his staff, I switched and made them my Primary Care provider. Additionally, they have other spa services in office. It was a great experience getting everything done at one visit.

*FAA Medical Applicants*:A word of caution, do not trust this office. The nurse tried to basically extort me for a 125 negative covid test after circling the “did you have it” box as yes on the check in form- Mind you, I had already paid the 140 for the medical before they decided I had to comply with their office requirement. Took some loud words but I finally did get a refund. They basically claim their website says you need a negative test if you’ve had it, but they fail to realize the FAA AME directory just gives a phone number and address. They also can’t enforce their own “office” standards on your medical certification which is essentially what they tried to in essence do. For everything we have been through with the airlines the last year these people are just straight sleazy. Pick someone else on the directory who will value what we do and our business.

It makes me sad to see some of these reviews. I have always had a pleasant experience with this practice. Everyone has always been friendly and informative. Dr. Lyles and his staff always strive to give the best customer care. This office is very straight forward and has a strong team on staff. They also offer a variety of services from check ups to cosmetic. :)

The staff here is not treated with respect or appreciated, which explains the turn around time. As a employee, I expected to be talked to and treated with respect and shown strong work ethics in the office I want to work in. As all do. Instead, if they want to make you feel unwanted, they sure do. I was sent home 2x because of front staff errors regarding a Covid exposure (twice) that shouldn't have happened. Then I was told over the phone, by a co worker, not the Dr (my employer) on a Friday after work that suddenly I just didn't fit in the Dr felt. That was the FIRST time a Physician didn't come with a concern to me directly in 17 years of experience in this field. The Drug Screening and other testing are not done like they are and should be at other places, especially regarding the standards on how you are trained to do them. Punishment for the lack of knowledge from front office staff is simply unprofessional. I do not recommend this place as a primary provider for a individual or for injured workers. Better off at Concentra if your a employer, looking for qualified, trained staff and providers that have Certified Staff for testing and can take care of injured workers. Patient care is rushed in and out without empathy in my opinion. As for others curious about working here, look for a place that show employees they care, and want them to succeed. This is not where you want to go. It's a shame once I responded to my co worker on how I felt that I was ignored. No response at all. Avoid it. Good luck finding qualified staff that will stick around.

I visited this facility for my 2020 annual physical. Surprisingly, the doctor spent only couple of mins to discuss my health status. They sent for blood works and I assumed that it was part of regular tests. However, they conducted more tests without discussing with me in details and when I asked the nurse she said it was part of regular tests. Finally some of the tests insurance didn't cover and I had to pay from my pockets. I do annual physical every year and this is the first time I noticed something different. You may get such surprises and if you visit this center please discuss in details what they are doing without your knowledge. If you have any issues be prepared to call several times to resolve a simple issue. My experience is horrible and I am not going to visit this center in my lifetime..
