This is the first time I rented an exotic car. The process was quick, easy and painless. I worked with Rochelle who I personally felt went above and beyond. Her competency and product knowledge was helpful when we were discussing choice of what to rent. You can tell she just wasn't an employee but actually passionate about what she does. She also went to bat for me with working on price for a long rental period. She earned my business, due to the fact that she was up front and gave her lowest price right off the bat. For successful business to be sustainable you have to make sure 3 criteria are in place: people, product, price. Rochelle was stellar, lambo was beautiful, and price was reasonable. Do NOT trust this company with anything. There have been three cases against them where they have scammed people out of their money and have done bad business. Terrible how some people choose to treat others!
