This airport is one of the cleanest and well run private airports I have ever been too. Tommy is very nice and runs a tight ship in making sure the airport is operating smoothly. When we first starting coming here a couple years ago we have always been very happy!

Why are we still having planes takeoff at 6am in the morning? This is ruining our neighborhood. Awful airport. No respect for the surrounding community. Planes stall and gun engines constantly all morning for some training school on site. They do not obey the rules or follow noise abatement procedures at all. It is a poorly run airport and needs more oversight. Hours of operation should be adjusted to be only during the day and not early morning hours. 11am-5pm should be it. There are homes all around this area and this airport ruins the area with it's abuse and low flights that are illegal. Planes flying under 3500ft are not allow and a safety hazard. They break this rule every flight. This airport says they are within the operating standards when they are not. They have been reported thousands of times for noise violations and abuse yet nothing seems to get done. Someone is going to be seriously injured because of illegal flights. The FAA needs to get involved because the owners do not care or think they are doing anything wrong. Thankfully the abuse is being documented now and reported regularly. All the community is asking is that the rules be followed and enforced. Asking pilots to lower the throttle and ascend quickly and not fly over homes below 3500 ft miles from the airport is all we ask.

I live under the approach and departure paths and very rarely observe or hear violations. One cannot expect more if living near an airport.
